Meet David Ricardo

Service Manager was born from the necessity of Founder, David Ricardo. A Farmer from Northern New South Wales, Australia, David found himself at a crossroads when it came to managing his machinery. No longer wanting to rely on paper records which could easily be lost, David knew there must be a better way to keep all records across his farming operation.

Faced with a bombardment of technology options that were over complicated and that didn’t fully meet David’s requirements, David chose to make an application for himself. Originally designed with farmers in mind, the initial success of the application has shown the need for a reliable, simple and straightforward service management system across industry.

Now, with over 20,000 machines under management, David’s vision for Service Manager is continuing to deliver a great software solution for all machine operators.
